Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in delivering you a great quality product & will do our very best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply complete the returns authorisation form below within 90 days of purchase & we will happily exchange or refund the product. You will be emailed instructions on where to send your parcel.

Unless the product has been deemed faulty, all returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached & deemed by Chelsea Bee to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Shipping is only refundable in the case of damaged/defective goods.
