We accept Visa and MasterCard and we don’t apply any surcharges for using them. Please be sure to check your card details as incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We use a secure, external credit card processor, so we don’t have access to your credit card information. We don’t store card information. Ever.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will credit back any payment for items not supplied.

We don’t sell, rent or give away your information to anyone, other than parties required to fulfil your order (You do want the courier to have your address, right?)

We will capture your name, address, email address and other information and hold it in our databases. If we have a field for you to enter information, we’ll probably capture it. We may capture other data that your computer happily tells us, mainly for tracking where our visitors go, and how we can better improve our site.

From time to time we may email you, but it will be directly from us and only in regards to our new or existing products, sales or to let you know about policy updates.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.


If you find that your item doesn’t fit or you’re simply not happy with the colour, please feel free to return or exchange the item. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the condition they were received with all tags intact.

Taxes and Duties

All orders shipped to NZ addresses will include New Zealand GST. For orders shipped to other countries, no GST tax will be applied and you are solely responsible for any duties that may be levied.

Typographical Errors

Sometimes we make mistakes, after all, we’re only human. In this case, we reserve the right to not supply any items which have incorrect pricing or details such as colours or sizing. If we have charged your credit card, we will credit the incorrect priced amount back.
